I just bought the new ATM mini and I am trying to get it running urgently for an event I have at the weekend.

• X-keys for ATEM It is possible to control an ATEM video switcher with an X-keys and there are a few options depending on how much programming resources you have available.
• The Atem Advanced Panel, the Atem Camera Control panel and the Atem Software Control for Mac and Windows all connect via Ethernet to the Constellation, so users can set up any combination of panels needed, so that multiple control panels can all work together in parallel at the same time.

I downloaded the latest ATEM software for Mac and plugged the device into my internet switch (same on as my laptop). When I run the ATEM Setup, the device is recognised and it shows it's plugged into the ethernet. When I try and click on either of the two buttons (about and setup I think) I just get a message:
Failed to connect.
Please check your network connection.
I have tried different cat6 cables and switched the device on and off.
